Cedar Farm is owned by 2 sisters, Marilyn Cederoth and Kate Swift. Kate started the farm in 1997 and was soon joined by Marilyn, who wanted to get in on the fun. They have been growing ever since! Cedar Farm prides itself on growing the finest cut flowers in the Hudson Valley area.

The farm, which consists of 10 hoop houses 1 heated greenhouse and 18 acres, is run sustainably using a minimum of chemicals and utilizing Integrated Pest Management.
“We try to work with Mother Nature in all aspects. Whether its deer pressure, fertility, weather or bugs, we find a natural, non-invasive solution.”
